The Kirpalani Customer Card is a free loyalty program available to all of our shoppers who wish to apply. This easy to use service allows our customers to earn 1% of their total purchase in points for every cash and credit card payment (Note: Certain products are excluded, such as items on sale). Earned points can be fully or partially applied to future purchases!
Every point is equated to SRD 1.
You can choose to pay the entire or partial sum of a future order with your Kirpalani Customer Card.
If you use 300 points for a SRD 300 purchase, no additional payment is needed and your points subtract by 300.
If you only have 100 points for a SRD 400 purchase, SRD 300 is required upon checkout and your points subtract by 100.
You may apply for your free Kirpalani Customer Card at our Customer Service Department in any of our stores. Please remember to bring a valid form of ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license).
Simply present your Kirpalani Customer Card to the cashier at Kirpalani during your checkout. The cashier will then credit the total amount of points earned to your card (typically 1% of the cost of eligible items). This process will automatically add points to your card via a barcode on your Kirpalani Customer Card, which is calculated depending on your total sale amount (Note: Certain products are excluded, such as items on sale).
You pay for a SRD 300 purchase. This full amount is eligible to earn points at the typical 1%. As a result, you earn 3 points (valued at SRD 3). Your future points (in this example, 3) can be used to pay for a future order (at the value of SRD 3).
With each sale at Kirpalani, customers will receive a receipt with their current Kirpalani Customer Card balance. In addition, you can link your Kirpalani Customer Card online to view your saved points.
Loyalty points on the Customer Card are valid for 1 year, from March 26th until March 25th of the following year.
Example: You have 10 loyalty points on your card on March 25th, 2016. On March 26th, 2016 your credit expires. From this day (until March 25, 2017), you can start saving points again.
Your Kirpalani Customer Card is a free and personal loyalty card, which cannot be used by others (they will need to apply for their own free and personal card). Simply, it is non-transferable.
If you lose your Kirpalani Customer Card, you can apply for a new card. Please bring a valid ID card (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) during this process.
The lost card will be blocked and deactivated and your unused points will be transferred to your new Kirpalani Customer Card. Kirpalani has the right and will attempt to freeze or block cards that appear to be abused or show fraudulent activity.
Lastly, each Kirpalani Customer Card has a barcode that can be easily scanned at each point of sale.
