Can I “roam” with my KirpalaniKom number outside of Suriname?

KirpalaniKom Telesur – yes, it is possible to use KirpalaniKom Telesur number in the countries Telesur has a roaming agreement with. The standard Telesur international rates apply while roaming. We advise you to call the Telesur Customer Service Department at 152 for any additional information you may have. The call to the service department is free via your KirpalaniKom Telsur bundle.
KirpalaniKom Digicel – yes, it is possible to use KirpalaniKom Digicel number in the countries Digicel has a roaming agreement with - please see question below which countries Digicel has an active agreement with. What does "Fair Use Policy" stand for KirpalaniKom Telesur subscribers?

A Fair Use Policy is used for calling members within KirpalaniKom:
Calling within KirpalaniKom is for personal use.

Call limit with the normal KirpalaniKom subscriptions are as follows:

  • Plan V1 - 100 minutes
  • Plan V2 - 450 minutes
  • Plan V3 - 900 minutes

Call limit with the Special KirpalaniKom subscriptions are as follows:

  • Special C - 250 minutes
  • Special G - 450 minutes
  • Special D - 550 minutes
  • Special E & H - 900 minutes
  • There is a limit of maximum 7000 SMS per month.

How do I activate an extra Telesur mobile internet data plan – KirpalaniKom Telesur?

If your monthly KirpalaniKom data plan runs out within 30 days of any given month, and before you have received the next data upload for the next month, you can send via SMS an activation code to the number 4040 for additional data on top of your current plan.
For example: text NET 7D to 4040.
You must have sufficient calling credit to activate Mobile Internet.

How do I activate an extra Digicel mobile internet data plan – KirpalaniKom Digicel?

If your monthly KirpalaniKom data plan runs out within 30 days of any given month and before you have received the next data upload for the next month, you can use below code to add on an additional mobile data plan of 100 MB for SRD 10,-.
The 100 MB can be activated as follows:

  • Send *156* 1100# SND Android or *136* 1100 # SND for BlackBerry
  • You will receive a message
  • Select "1" for adding "add on data" and choose "send"
  • Or select "9" to cancel or choose "Cancel"
    Then the customer receives a text confirmation message.
    After activation, the SRD10,- will be deducted from your main balance.
    The balance of your add-on plan is valid for two months.

If there is a violation of the “Fair Use Policy”, Kirpalani’s NV reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
