How do I activate Roam 4 Less?

There is no need for activation. Your mobile device must only comply with the roaming partner network frequencies (850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz, 3GSM etc.) We advise you to call 152, the Customer Service Department of Telesur, which is free via your KirpalaniKom.

What does "Fair use policy" stands for?

Calls within KirpalaniKom is subject to a Fair Use Policy

  • Calls within KirpalaniKom is for personal use
  • Call limit of up to 100 minutes, 450 minutes, or 900 minutes per month
  • If you exceed your call limit, you will be charged an amount of SRD 1,01 per minute for the remaining month. This amount is deducted directly from your toped up balance (subject to change)
  • There is a limit of 7,000 SMS messages per month
  • If you exceed your limit SMS you will be charged an amount of SRD 0,28 per SMS for the remaining month. This amount is deducted directly from your toped up balance (subject to change)
  • There should be no commercial use of KirpalaniKom

How can I check my balance?

Calls within KirpalaniKom are subject to a “Fair Use Policy”, meaning:

  • Calls within KirpalaniKom are intended for personal use only;
  • Calls are limited to 500 minutes or 1000 minutes per month (depending on your purchased plan);
  • If you exceed your plan’s call limit, you will be charged an additional amount of SRD 1.16 per minute for the remaining month. Any outstanding amounts will be deducted directly from your topped-up balance (prices are subject to change at any time);
  • There is a limit of 3,000 SMS messages per month;

  • Individuals may not use KirpalaniKom inappropriately, including the following: illegal activities, Spamming, harassment, resale without written permission, etc.
  • KirpalaniKom is not intended for commercial use;

If violations of the “Fair Use Policy” are suspected, Kirpalani’s N.V. reserves the right to cancel plans at any time.

How do I activate an additional data plan?

If your monthly KirpalaniKom Data Bundle of 2048 runs out within 30 days and before receiving the next upload,you can use below code to buy an add-on plan, 100 MB for SRD 10,-.

The 100 MB can be activated as follows:

  • Send * 156 * 1100 # SND Android or * 136 * 1100 # SND for Blackbery
  • You will receive a pop up message
  • Select "1" for adding "add on data" and choose "send"
  • Or select "9" to cancel or choose "Cancel"
  • Then the customer receives a text confirmation message.

After activation, the SRD10,- will be deducted from your main balance.
The balance of your Add-on plan is two months valid for two months.
