Delivery policy

Delivery day

While placing an order, you can request the delivery of your items on a certain date and time at the checkout page. Normally, the goods will be delivered in one to two business days and we will strive to come within an appropriate/requested time window. You will receive a confirmation of your order included the delivery date. For any status updates or questions with your delivery, please call our customer service department customer service at 597 471400.

Delivery Time Frames

Orders and deliveries are processed from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made between 8:00am – 6:00pm.

Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. We will strive to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A member of our team will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are up to date and correct. If a member of our team has not contacted you by the expected delivery date, please contact customer service at 597 471400.

Delivery address

You will be asked to confirm the delivery address during checkout. These addresses must be pre-stored in your account details. Please place close attention to the address you select, especially if shipping to a friend or family member. Alternatively, you can also choose to pick up your order at any one of our locations.

Depending on the region of the delivery address, there will be a delivery cost charged on your account. Please make sure you double check all detailed information and added charges on the confirmation page. This is to avoid understanding at the delivery. In store pickup is free of charge.

Delivery policy

  • Purchased goods must able to delivered without any obstacles. Please make all necessary provisions such as clearing and cleaning the space ahead of time for an efficient delivery.
  • In case of a big item such as a refrigerator, please make sure that they can be carried easily through the doors and passageways.
  • In case we are not able to carry the good(s) for reasons as previously mentioned, we attempt to carry the goods as far as we can go and hand them over to you.
  • It would be very advisable to take the dimensions of the item at the place where you want to put the item and make sure that opening of doors and passageways are according to the dimensions of the products.
  • You will be required to confirm that the goods received according to your order, without any damage and in a good working condition.
  • We also request you to undersign the copy of the delivery order as a confirmation of the above.
  • Upon arrival at your premises, but prior to release or transfer of goods, the receiver must present the original receipt and his or her legal ID. To prevent unnecessary delay, please have these documents ready.
  • Delivered goods will not be released or transferred to children under age, only to adults with a valid ID and reciept.

Warranty

Standard warranty on white goods/household appliances:

In general, you have the right of a standard warranty for six months on refrigerators, freezers, automatic and semi-automatic washers, dishwashers, cooktops, dryers, airconditioners, televisions, electric and gas ranges. On some of the items (such as the smaller appliances), other warranty periods apply such as one or three months.

On all Whirlpool appliances there is a one year warranty, which only covers the cost for damaged engine, damaged compressor, or a gas leak due to a result of a manufacturing fault.

Full warranty on white goods/household appliances:

It is possible to buy extra warranty. This warranty covers costs for transport, labor and parts resulting from the damage item. We offer the following full warranty:

  • With an extra payment of 4% of the sales price, you’ll receive 12 months warranty after the invoice date (the standard warranty of 6 months will then expire)
  • With an extra payment of 6% of the sales price, you’ll receive 18 months warranty after the invoice date (the standard warranty of 6 months will then expire)
  • With an extra payment of 8% of the sales price, you’ll receive 24 months warranty after the invoice date (the standard warranty of 6 months will then expire)

Cell phone warranties:

Warranties on smartphones are 1 month and on non-smartphones 3 days. Warranties go into effect the day a customer purchases the item(s). Kirpalani N.V. will work with the manufacturer to remove all defects that arise as a result of the original manufacturing process within the stated warranty period.  Software problems such as viruses, malware, jailbreaking, etc. are not covered by the warranty. User damage is not covered by the warranty.

Computers and related peripherals warranties:

There is a standard warranty of 6 months on computers and related peripherals. Warranties go into effect the day a customer purchases the item(s). Kirpalani N.V. will work with the manufacturer to remove all defects that arise as a result of the original manufacturing process within the stated warranty period.  Software problems such as viruses, malware, etc. are not covered by the warranty. User damage is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty expires immediately if:

This warranty does not apply if the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse, misuse, if it has been used/maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed/defaced. Repair or modification of the product by anyone other than Kirpalani’s N.V. will immediately void this warranty.
